Maintaining the correct level of body fat is the ideal healthy choice. A certain amount of fat is necessary within the system as it aids connective tissue, energy levels and the immune system, but too much has the opposite effect, reducing body efficiency and overloading circulative systems and can increase blodd pressure as well as other debilitating conditions.
