What to expect?
We offer strength and conditioning classes for kids (8 to 12) and teens, who train separately. Sessions use a fun mix of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting to help kids enjoy exercise.
This is ideal for young athletes looking to build strength and confidence that carries over into sport, and just as valuable for kids who are not sport focused, helping them build healthy habits and a lifelong enjoyment of movement.
