During MaxFit Gym Bring a Friend Week, you have three simple ways to bring someone along and let them experience what we do.

1. Try Open Gym together

Bring your friend in to train alongside you in Open Gym. This is perfect if they want a relaxed introduction and a chance to get familiar with the space at their own pace.

2. Free taster Semi Private Training session

Book in for a Semi Private session together. Your friend will experience personalised coaching, structured programming, and the support that comes with training in a small group setting.

3. Free taster Group Fitness session

Join one of our Group Fitness sessions together. These sessions are coached, structured, and designed so every person can train at the right level for them.

No matter which option you choose, your friend will be guided, supported, and made to feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

What to expect on the day

At MaxFit, everything is built around helping people feel good, build confidence, and make real progress.

Your friend can expect:

  • Coaching that meets them at their level

How to book your spot

To make sure your friend gets the best possible experience, all visits must be booked in advance.

Simply email support@maxfit.co.uk at least 48 hours before the session you plan to attend.

This allows us to:

  • Prepare properly for your visit
  • Make sure the session suits your friend
  • Ensure the right level of coaching support is in place

We want every guest to feel looked after, not rushed or squeezed in.

A quick note on availability

Spaces for Semi Private Training and Group Fitness sessions are limited.

These are coached sessions, so we keep numbers controlled to maintain quality.

If you are planning to bring someone along for one of these options, we strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
