Our on-ramp programme is a structured series of 8 one-to-one sessions designed to help you build a strong foundation before diving into our regular group classes or personal training sessions. It’s all about setting you up for long-term success by focusing on three key areas: baseline assessments, movement competency, and nutrition. It also includes a full gym induction, ensuring you’re confident using all the machines and equipment in our facility so you can access the gym floor independently whenever it suits you.

Nutrition Coaching
We know that nutrition is inextricably linked to most people’s fitness goals—whether that’s losing weight, toning up, or gaining strength. That’s why our on-ramp programme includes sessions with a nutritionist who works with you to establish solid, sustainable food habits.The nutritionist will assess your current eating patterns and help create a plan that aligns with your goals. By laying this foundation early, we ensure that your approach to food is as strong as your approach to fitness, giving you the best chance for success.
Baseline Stats and Fitness Assessment
Before you even think about lifting weights or jumping into cardio sessions, we take the time to map out your current physical stats. This includes:

- Cardio capacity and endurance
- Strength levels
Building Movement Competence

Gym Induction and Unlimited Access
As part of our on-ramp, we also provide a full gym induction. This means we take you through all the machines and equipment, ensuring you’re comfortable using the gym floor on your own. With unlimited open gym access included as part of our membership, this induction is essential to help you make the most of our facilities. You’ll be able to come in at your convenience and use the gym independently, with confidence in how everything works.
