Option 1: One off session £30

Option 2: 5 or more sessions block booked £125
Option 3: 4 weeks (8 sessions, 2 per week) = £200

Option 4: 4 weeks (12 sessions, 3 per week) = £300

Option 5: 8 weeks (16 sessions, 2 per week) = £400

Option 6: 8 weeks (24 sessions, 3 per week) = £600
Option 7: 12 weeks (24 sessions, 2 per week) = £600

Option 8: 12 weeks (36 sessions, 3 per week) = £900

Your training packages include a daily meal plan, bi weekly weigh in and assessment and additional prescribed training sessions to do on your own time if applicable.
