Weekly Meal Plans

These meals are different to our retail meals (the ones you find in the fridge). They are slightly bigger, and the menu changes weekly. If you like our retail medals, you’ll love these. Collection is available from MaxFit on Wednesdays after 6pm and Sundays between 1-3pm.

weekly weight loss meal plans

  • 2 or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 5 days per week
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will consist of approx. 1300 calories per day
  • Lunch and Dinner meals are between 450-550 calories, with 40g protein per meal
  • Breakfast meals are between 250 – 300 calories

Prices:

2 Meals – £55         

3 Meals – £65

weekly weight Gain / maintain plans

  • 2 or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 5 days per week
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will consist of approx. 1900 calories per day
  • Lunch and Dinner meals are between 750-850 calories, with 60g protein per meal
  • Breakfast meals are between 350 – 400 calories
