We are a health and fitness based Company that is located in the heart of Glengormley and on the outskirts of North Belfast.
Who we are
We have a fully furnished 6,400 SQ FT gymnasium comprised of free weights, assisted machines, cardio equipment, prowler track, functional fitness area, male and female changing areas, assessment area, bespoke class space to host our large bootcamps and specialised group and team training, as well as a reception area providing healthy prepped meals, sweet treats, supplements and refreshments.

"Conor has reignited my love for strength training, my sessions fly in and I always feel super afterwards. Conor has also put me on a programme of Cardio HITT training, these are a major factor in my weight loss as I had just been doing steady pace cardio. My strength training has improved my muscle mass and tone immensely. I have lost 12.3kg since February and dropped 2 dress sizes, I have basically returned to my mid 20’s size. I feel amazing, I am back to my confident self, my anxiety levels have reduced considerably, and I am sleeping much better and therefore my immune system has improved, I had been getting flu like symptoms once a month for 2 years.

Results: 20lbs down, body fat mm across 4 sites down by an average of 7 mm and lifting 3-4 times what he was at the very start on the big compound lifts.
Nadine Flood
Nadine trains with Conor once a week, sometimes twice. Started training 12 ago. As with all clients Nadine has instructions for additonal sessions each week to do on her own from home, as extra gym sessions aren't practical (given work and family commitments), furthermore a food plan as well as a rough kcal count and protein target (to be used when she eats outside of the food plan).
To add to the stats noted above she has substantially increased her weights on all major lifts as well as her capacity for interval and steady state cardio workouts.
These basic fat loss principles mixed with accountability (me) and consistent action (the client) equals results every single time 👊
