Over 55 SGPT

Over 55 SGPT is our functional movement programme designed for adults who want to stay strong, active and capable as they age. Every session uses low impact, age appropriate training that supports joint health, balance and everyday mobility. The goal is simple: to help you move with confidence, feel steadier on your feet and enjoy a better quality of life. All coaching is supportive, paced to your ability and focused on long term wellbeing.

SGPT (Small Group Personal Training)

SGPT is our functional strength training programme built around movements that genuinely make you stronger. Every session follows a clear and consistent structure: a warm up to prepare the body, compound lifts to build real strength, accessory work to target weaker areas and improve balance, then a high pace finisher for conditioning. The group is small, the coaching is personal and the progress is trackable. SGPT is perfect if you want a well structured, well coached programme that improves strength, fitness and confidence.

BoxFit

Box Fit is a high energy, boxing inspired conditioning class no experience needed. Each session includes a mix of bag work, pad work and simple boxing combinations, combined with fast paced conditioning drills that build fitness, power and coordination. It is ideal for anyone who wants an enjoyable, effective cardio workout that boosts confidence, relieves stress and keeps training fun.

Mobility and Core

Mobility and Core is a focused session aimed at helping you move better and feel less stiff. You will work through controlled mobility drills and targeted core exercises that improve flexibility, stability and posture. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to loosen tight areas, strengthen their foundation and support better performance in all other training.
