Our group training programme gives you most of the benefits of 1 to 1 personal training, but for a fraction of the price.
What to expect?
At MaxFit, we do group training differently. We use a level based training system, which means people of all abilities can train together effectively. Whether you are a complete beginner or have years of training experience, you can be part of the same group while still training at the right level for you.
There are seven levels to progress through, and while everyone completes the same class structure and movement patterns, the intensity and difficulty are scaled to suit each individual. This allows someone on level one and someone on level seven to train side by side, each being challenged appropriately and safely.
Alongside our group training, we also offer a wide variety of sessions including BoxFit, sweat classes, Pilates, and more.
Community
You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other gym class members, push each other, or hang out after training.
Certified Coaches
Our coaches are trained, educated, and certified to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential in our gym.
